🚀 Cross-Platform Workflow Automation — Coming Soon
Currently in Beta Testing
A next-generation automation system is under active development and will be released soon.
Introduction
The existing Facebook Post Share Automation system is built on a browser extension, which restricts usage to desktop environments. To enable full cross-platform support (including Android and iOS), the system is being redesigned into a server-based automation architecture.
This upgrade introduces a centralized backend that handles all automation tasks, enabling users to trigger workflows from any device while maintaining secure session management and consistent execution.
Cross-Platform Workflow Architecture Design
Core Objective
To migrate all browser-dependent automation logic into a scalable cloud infrastructure capable of executing tasks reliably across platforms.
System Overview
1. Dashboard (Client Layer)
- User interface for creating automation tasks
- Sends task requests to backend API
- Tracks execution status in real-time
- No dependency on browser extensions anymore
Communication method:
- Secure HTTP API requests (REST/GraphQL)
2. Backend Server (Core Engine)
The backend acts as the central control system.
Key Components:
API Layer
- Receives automation requests
- Validates input
- Authenticates users
Task Queue System
- Manages pending jobs
- Ensures reliability and ordering
- Supports high-volume workloads
Worker Services
- Executes automation tasks
- Runs headless browser instances
- Processes jobs from queue
Database Layer
- Stores tasks
- Logs execution history
- Manages session data
- Tracks analytics
3. Headless Browser Automation Layer
Responsible for executing actual automation workflows.
Technologies:
- Playwright
- Puppeteer
Capabilities:
- Simulated user interaction
- Dynamic page navigation
- DOM-based action execution
- Automated posting/share workflows
4. Persistent Session Management
To avoid repeated logins and improve efficiency:
Stored securely:
- Cookies
- Session tokens
- Local storage
- Browser profiles
Benefits:
- Faster execution
- Stable sessions
- Reduced authentication failures
Workflow Execution Pipeline
- User creates automation task in dashboard
- Dashboard sends request to backend API
- Backend validates and stores task
- Task is pushed to queue
- Worker picks up task
- Headless browser is launched
- Automation workflow executes
- Progress updates are sent back
- Task completion status is recorded
Scalability Design
- Horizontal scaling of worker nodes
- Queue-based distributed processing
- Parallel task execution
- Fault-tolerant retry system
- Load balancing across services
Security & Protection Strategy
- End-to-end encryption for sensitive data
- Secure session storage
- Rate limiting per user and IP
- Activity monitoring system
- Automated failure detection
- Controlled retry mechanisms
Reliability Enhancements
- Randomized interaction timing
- Human-like behavior simulation
- Proxy/IP rotation support
- CAPTCHA handling integration
- Automatic error recovery
Monitoring System
Real-time observability includes:
- Worker health tracking
- Queue performance metrics
- Task success/failure rates
- System alerts and logs
